滋阴补肾汤联合中药外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Ziyin Bushen Tang Combined with External Washing of Chinese Medicine for Recurrent Mycotic Vaginitis

目的:观察滋阴补肾汤联合中药外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为对照组与研究组各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用滋阴补肾汤联合中药外洗治疗。比较2组临床疗效、药物不良反应、复发情况及治疗前后中医证候积分、阴道pH值、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、炎症指标水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率88.10%,高于对照组69.05%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组各项中医证候积分及阴道pH值、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均降低(P<0.05),sIgA水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后各项中医证候积分及阴道pH值、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较低(P<0.05),sIgA水平较高(P<0.05)。治疗后2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访至治疗后6个月,研究组复发率4.76%,低于对照组21.43%(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴补肾汤联合中药外洗治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎疗效显著,能够有效缓解患者临床症状、促进阴道正常环境恢复,且复发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Bushen tang combined with external washing of Chinese medicine for recurrent mycotic vaginitis.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with Ziyin Bushen tang combined with external washing of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.Clinical effects,adverse drug reactions,recurrence,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,vaginal pH values,secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)and inflammatory indexes in the two groups were compared.Results:The total curative effective rate was 88.10%in the study group,higher than that of 69.05%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,vaginal pH values and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and sIgA levels were increased(P<0.05);Chinese medicine syndrome score,vaginal pH value and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the sIgA level was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After six-month follow-up,the recurrence rate was 4.76%in the study group,lower than that of 21.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Ziyin Bushen tang combined with external washing of Chinese medicine for recurrent mycotic vaginitis has a significant curative effect,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of normal vaginal environment,with a low recurrence rate.
