摘要
目的:观察温针灸肾俞穴联合缩泉丸加减治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法:选取遗尿患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予缩泉丸加减治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用温针灸肾俞穴治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效以及复发率。结果:治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束3个月后,观察组复发率为6.67%,低于对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸肾俞穴联合缩泉丸加减治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效较好,可以改善患儿临床症状,降低复发率。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming-needle moxibustion at Shenshu point(BL23)combined with modified Suoquan pills for infantile enuresis.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with infantile enuresis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Suoquan pills,and the observation group was additionally treated with warming-needle moxibustion at Shenshu point based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical effects and recurrence rates in the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the recurrence rate was 6.67%in the observation group,lower than that of 26.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming-needle moxibustion at Shenshu point combined with modified Suoquan pills has a good clinical effect in treating infantile enuresis,and can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rates.
