摘要
为探究适用于道岔区的轮轨接触算法,针对我国地铁车辆常用的标准LM型踏面,基于法向切割法和准弹性修正原理,计算并分析标准和磨耗LM踏面与地铁9号道岔转辙器区不同钢轨断面匹配时的刚性和准弹性接触点的分布、结构不平顺及轮轨接触几何参数。结果表明:经过准弹性修正后的接触点较刚性接触点位置有明显变化,在尖轨顶宽20 mm断面,轮载过渡时的横移量会发生改变;准弹性修正后得到的轮轨接触几何关系更平滑、均匀和连续,满足轮轨接触条件,比刚性接触法更适用于道岔区轮轨接触关系的计算。
In order to explore the wheel-rail contact algorithm applicable to the turnout area,aiming at the standard LM tread commonly used in metro vehicles in China,based on the normal cutting method and the quasi elastic correction principle,the distribution,structural irregularities and wheel-rail contact geometric parameters of rigid and quasi elastic contact points for the standard and worn LM tread matching with different rail sections in the switch area of Metro No.9 turnout were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the position of the contact point after quasi elastic correction is significantly different from that of the rigid contact point. In the section with 20 mm width at the switch rail top,the transverse displacement during wheel load transition will change. The wheel-rail contact geometric relationship obtained after quasi elastic correction is smoother,more uniform and continuous,and could meet the wheel-rail contact conditions,which is more suitable for the calculation of wheel-rail contact relationship in turnout area than the rigid contact method.
