朔黄重载铁路直线及大半径曲线区段钢轨大修周期研究 被引量:3

摘要 朔黄重载铁路钢轨存在伤损量较小但由于通过总质量达到TG/GW 102—2019《普速铁路线路修理规则》规定的大修周期而提前更换的情况,造成资源浪费和运营成本增加。针对这一问题,基于钢轨伤损、换轨大修、通过总质量等历史数据,通过分析钢轨重伤量随通过总质量的发展规律,推算了朔黄重载铁路钢轨合理大修周期。结果表明:朔黄重载铁路钢轨重伤主要为轨头核伤、轨头裂纹及掉块、焊缝伤损;幂函数和二次多项式均能够有效拟合钢轨重伤量与累计通过总质量的关系;建议朔黄重载铁路直线和半径大于2 000 m曲线区段的钢轨大修周期为通过总质量20亿t。 The rail of Shuozhou-Huanghua heavy haul railway has a small amount of damage,but it is replaced in advance because the total passing tonnage reaches the overhaul cycle specified in TG/GW 102—2019 Rules for Repair of Ordinary Speed Railway Lines,resulting in a waste of resources and an increase in operating costs. To solve this problem,based on the historical data of rail damage,rail replacement overhaul and total passing tonnage,the reasonable overhaul cycle of Shuozhou-Huanghua heavy haul railway rail was calculated by analyzing the development law of rail serious injury with the total passing tonnage. The results show that the serious rail injuries of ShuozhouHuanghua heavy haul railway are mainly rail head nuclear damage,rail head crack and falling block,and weld damage.Power function and quadratic polynomial can effectively fit the relationship between rail serious injury mass and cumulative total passing tonnage. It is suggested that the overhaul period of straight lines and curves with radius greater than 2 000 m of Shuozhou-Huanghua heavy haul railway is 2 billion tons(total passing tonnage).
