Discussion on Establishing Rail Renewal Index of Common Speed Railway

钢轨大修换轨是我国铁路广泛采用的钢轨修理方式。本文通过资料调研梳理了我国钢轨大修技术的发展历程,介绍了我国现行钢轨大修周期的由来,以及国外钢轨大修周期的四种确定方法。同时,分析了我国钢轨周期修存在的问题,并提出一个涵盖钢轨服役性能、钢轨表面状态和钢轨养护维修情况的综合量化评价指标——钢轨大修指数,可采用该指数指导钢轨大修决策。

Rail renewal and replacement is a rail repair method widely used in China railways. This paper sorts out the development process of rail renewal technology in China,introduces the origin of the current rail renewal cycle in China,and four methods to determine the rail renewal cycle abroad. At the same time,the existing problems of rail periodic maintenance in China are analyzed,and a comprehensive quantitative evaluation index covering rail service performance,rail surface condition and rail maintenance is proposed,namely rail renewal index,which can be used to guide rail renewal decisions.
