摘要
目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激联合阴道康复锻炼对产妇产后盆底肌功能的影响。方法:将2019年10月至2021年10月收治的61例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组31例。对照组采用阴道康复锻炼;观察组在对照组基础上加用生物反馈电刺激治疗。观察两组盆底肌功能恢复情况、盆底不同阶段肌电值、尿动力学参数以及性生活质量。结果:干预1个月后,观察组盆底肌功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组快肌评估、10 s慢肌、60 s慢肌阶段肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组最大尿流率(Q_(max))、腹压漏尿点压力(ALPP)、最大尿道压(MUP)均高于对照组,排尿达峰时间(TQ_(max))长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组女性性功能量表(FSFI)各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合阴道康复锻炼可通过调节产妇盆底不同阶段肌电值,增强盆底肌肌力,改善盆底肌功能,从而调控尿动力学参数,提高膀胱功能,显著提升性生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal rehabilitation exercise on postpartum pelvic floor muscle function of puerpera.Methods:61 Cases of puerpera admitted from October 2019 to October 2021 were taken as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(31 cases).Control group with vaginal rehabilitation exercise;observation group were treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,pelvic floor myoelectric value at different stages,urodynamic parameters and quality of sexual life of the two groups were observed.Results:After 1 month of intervention,the functional recovery of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the EMG values of fast muscle evaluation,10 s slow muscle and 60 s slow muscle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the maximum urinary flow rate(Q_(max)),abdominal pressure leak point pressure(ALPP)and maximum urethral pressure(MUP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the peak time of micturition(TQ_(max))was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of female sexual function scale(FSFI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal rehabilitation exercise can regulate maternal pelvic floor electromyography at different stages,enhance pelvic floor muscle strength and improve pelvic floor muscle function,so as to regulate urodynamic parameters,improve bladder function and significantly improve the quality of sexual life.
