摘要
炼胶工艺是轮胎生产企业的首要工序,其工艺生产设备采用的是大功率型密炼机,密炼机主从机通常采用整流装置拖动直流电机实现。密炼机工作时,其电网侧功率因数及电能利用率较低,电能质量差,应进行电能质量优化综合治理。
The rubber mixing process is the primary process of tire production enterprises.The production equipment adopts a high-power internal mixer.The master and slave machines of the internal mixer are usually realized by rectifying devices to drive DC motors.When the mixer is working,the power factor and power utilization rate of the grid side are low,and the power quality is poor.The power quality optimization and comprehensive management should be carried out.
