二硫化苯并噻唑对氯丁橡胶硫化特性及力学行为的影响

摘要 本文考察了二硫化苯并噻唑(DM)对于氯丁橡胶硫化胶硫化特性和不同力学行为的性能影响。结果表明,二硫化苯并噻唑(DM)的使用有助于延长硫化胶的t10,加工安全性提高,硫化胶的t90时间延长。随着DM用量的增加,硫化胶的交联程度、拉断强度、50%定伸应力均有所下降,扯断伸长率与扯断永久变形略有上升。随着硫化胶拉伸速度的降低,拉断强度下降,扯断伸长率上升。在150%和100%定伸长度下,150%定伸长度的试样应力松弛的平衡值大且应力松弛时间长;在相同拉伸变形下,高温下应力松弛平衡值小。 In this paper,the effects of benzothiazole disulfide(DM)on the vulcanization characteristics and different mechanical behaviors of neoprene vulcanizates were investigated.The results show that the use of benzothiazole disulfide(DM)helps to prolong the t10 of the vulcanizate,improve the processing safety,and prolong the t90 time of the vulcanizate.With the increase of the amount of DM,the degree of crosslinking,breaking strength and 50%tensile stress of the vulcanizate all decreased,and the elongation at break and the permanent deformation at break increased slightly.As the tensile speed of the vulcanizate decreases,the breaking strength at break decreases and the elongation at break increases.At 150%and 100%constant elongation,the equilibrium value of stress relaxation of the specimen with 150%constant elongation is larger and the stress relaxation time is longer.Under the same tensile deformation,the stress relaxation equilibrium value is small at high temperature.
