苏氨酸对北京鸭1~14日龄生长性能和血浆生化指标的影响

Effects of dietary threonine on growth performance and serum metabolites of Pekin ducks from 1 to 14 days of age

摘要 为研究饲粮苏氨酸缺乏和过量对北京鸭生长性能和血浆生化指标的影响,采用单因子安排的完全随机试验设计,设置3个苏氨酸水平(苏氨酸缺乏、适宜和过量),共3个处理,每个处理10个重复。300只1日龄雄性健康北京鸭随机分配到30个重复笼中,分别饲喂苏氨酸缺乏、适宜和过量的饲粮。鸭舍保持24 h光照,试验期为14 d(1~14日龄)。结果表明:饲粮中缺乏苏氨酸会降低北京鸭体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.0001),增加耗料增重比(P=0.0002),而饲粮苏氨酸过量对1~14日龄北京鸭生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。与适宜组相比,苏氨酸缺乏组体重和日增重分别降低48.40%和53.38%,耗料增重比增加了16.13%。饲粮缺乏苏氨酸会降低血浆中ALT和ALP活性、UA含量,增加血浆中DBIL含量(P<0.05),而对血浆中AST、CK、α-HBDH和CHE活性,以及TP、ALB、GLB、A/G、TBIL、IBIL、GLU、LDH、CHOL、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C的含量无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮苏氨酸过量对血浆生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮苏氨酸缺乏会降低1~14日龄北京鸭生长性能,影响血浆生化指标;饲粮苏氨酸过量对1~14日龄北京鸭生长性能和血浆生化指标无显著影响。 The experiment aimed to study the effects of dietary deficiency and excess on growth performance and serum metabolites on Pekin ducks from 1 to 14 days of ages.A single-factor completely randomized test design with three threonine levels(threonine deficiency,suitability and excess)with ten replicates.Three hundred healthy 1-day male Beijing ducks randomly divided into 30 cages,and fed with three treatment diets,respectively.Birdhouse was maintained on a 24 h constant light,and feed(pellet form)and water were offered adlibitum.The ducks were raised to 14 days old.The reults showed that dietary threonine deficiency reduced body weight at 14 days old,average daily weight gain and average feed intake from 1 to 14 days of age(P<0.0001),and increased the ratio of feed to gain(P=0.0002).Dietary threonine excess had no effects on growth performance for Pekin ducks from 1 to 14 days of ages(P>0.05).Compared with suitable group,the body weight and weight gain were reduced by 48.40%and 53.38%,and the ratio feed to gain was increased by 16.13%.Dietary threonine deficiency reduced serum ALT and ALP activity,and UA concentration,and increased DBIL concentration(P<0.0001).Dietary threonine excess had no effects on serum metabolites(P>0.05).Dietary threonine deficiency reduced growth performance of Pekin ducks from 1 to 14 days of age,and affected serum metabolites.Dietary threonine excess had no effects on growth performance and serum metabolites.
