职教本科“双师型”教师队伍建设路径优化探析 被引量:1

摘要 优质的师资是促进教育高质量发展的必备条件。随着高职教育向本科层次发展,构建一支“双师型”教师队伍既是国家开展职业教育的宏观要求,又是发展本科层次职业教育的迫切需求,成为实现技术技能人才培养、职业教育提质培优的重要保障。本科层次高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设当前主要面临标准尚未统一、结构发展失衡、机制不够健全三方面的困境,需借鉴主要发达国家职业教育成功经验,从明确“双师型”教师内涵,建立动态标准;优化专兼教师队伍结构,畅通兼职从教渠道;加强“双师型”教师培养,完善培养格局;健全考核激励机制,优化评价体系四个路径进行优化建设。 Excellent teachers’team is a necessary condition to promote the high-quality development of education.With the development of higher vocational education toward the undergraduate level,constructing a“dual-qualified”teachers team is not only a macro requirement for China to carry out vocational education,but also an urgent need for the development of vocational education at undergraduate level,which becomes important guarantee for the cultivation of technical and skilled personnel and the improvement of vocational education.Presently the construction of“dual-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges at undergraduate level is mainly faced with three difficulties:ununified standards,unbalanced structural development,and insufficient mechanisms.It is necessary to learn from the successful experience of vocational education in major developed countries,from clarifying the connotation of“dual-qualified”teachers and establishing dynamic standards;optimizing the structure of full-time and part-time teachers’team,and smoothing the channels for part-time teaching;strengthening the cultivation of“dual-qualified”teachers and improving the cultivation pattern;and perfecting incentive mechanism and optimizing the evaluation system.
