摘要
目前职业教育正处在类型定位发展的关键期,深化产教融合、实施协同育人是促进产业链和教育链深度耦合,提升职业教育人才培养质量的有效途径。针对高职航海类专业产教融合深度不够、教学与生产不对接、师资国际化培养路径不畅、培育航海工匠精神载体缺乏等问题,以浙江国际海运职业技术学院航海类专业产教融合协同育人培养模式的探索与实践为例,通过创建“一智库、三平台”国际化产教融合共同体、创新“三段、三通、四融”学徒制人才培养模式、创建培育工匠精神的“指南针”航海文化育人品牌等具体实践举措,推进产教深度融合,校企协同育人,培养国际化高素质航海人才。
Vocational education is currently in a critical period of type positioning and development.Deepening the integration of production and education and implementing collaborative education are effective ways to promote deep coupling of the industrial chain and the education chain and improve the quality of vocational education talent cultivation.In view of the problems such as insufficient integration of production and education in higher vocational maritime-related majors,decoupled teaching and production,unclear international cultivation path for teachers,and the lack of spiritual carriers for cultivating maritime craftsmen,the maritime-related majors of Zhejiang International Maritime College are taken as an example for exploration and practice of collaborative education mode of integration of production and education.Through the establishment of“one think tank,three platforms”international community of industry and education integration,innovation of“three sections,three links,four integrations”apprenticeship talent cultivation model,and the creation of nautical culture education brand“compass”that cultivates craftsman spirit and other specific practical measures,promotion of the in-depth integration of production and education,college-enterprise collaborative education,and cultivation international high-quality maritime talents can be achieved.
