摘要
肠道菌群数量巨大,种类多,具有参与调控宿主代谢、免疫、内分泌等多种生理功能,在维持健康以及控制疾病发生发挥着重要作用。植物提取物及其有效组分与肠道菌群之间存在复杂的作用关系,一方面肠道菌群对植物提取物具有代谢作用,可代谢成与其前体具有不同的生物利用度、生物活性或毒性的物质。另一方面,植物提取物能调控肠道菌群的结构组成,从而改善或抑制其功能障碍和病理状态。现就植物提取物与肠道菌群之间的相互作用关系进行综述,以期为植物提取物的作用机制及创新研究提供参考。
Gut microbiota is large and diverse,and has a variety of physiological functions involved in regulating host metabolism,immunity,endocrine.On the one hand,gut microbiota can metabolize plant extracts into substances with different bioavailability,bioactivity or toxicity from their precursors.On the other hand,natural plant extracts can regulate the structure of intestinal flora,thus improving or inhibiting its dysfunction and pathological state.This paper reviewed the interaction between plant extracts and intestinal microflora,in order to provide reference for the mechanism and innovative research of plant extracts.
