摘要 表面温度计是温度测量仪器,由温度传感器和显示仪表组成,用于测量物体的表面温度。表面温度计的示值误差是衡量其技术性能的关键指标。为了保证量值传递的准确可靠,采用铂电阻测温仪和表面温度源组成表面温度计校准装置,对被校表面温度计的示值误差进行测量,并分析评定测量结果的不确定度。结果显示,表面温度计在50 ℃~ 400 ℃的温度范围内,示值误差的测量不确定度U=0.7 ℃~ 2.0 ℃(k=2),满足校准规范JJF 1409—2013的要求。 Surface thermometer is an instrument used to measure the surface temperature of objects and it is composed of temperature sensor and display instrument.The indication error is the key index to measure its technical performance.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of quantity value transmission,it uses a surface thermometer calibration device composed of platinum resistance thermometer and surface temperature source to measure the indication error of calibrated surface thermometer,analyze and assess the uncertainty of the measurement results.The results show that,within the temperature range of 50~400℃,the measurement uncertainty of indication error is U=0.7~2.0 ℃ (k=2),meeting the requirements of calibration specification JJF1409-2013.
