浙江某地生活饮用水中28种药物活性成分污染的生态和健康风险评估

Ecological and health risk assessment of 28 pharmaceutically active components in drinking water of an area in Zhejiang Province

摘要 目的对浙江省某地主要饮用水源中28种药物活性成分污染进行生态风险和人体健康风险评价。方法采用风险商值法评价14种药物活性成分(PhACs)对浙江省某地区主要饮用水源产生的生态风险。利用风险商法分别评价11种和4种PhACs通过饮用水途径对成人和儿童的人体健康风险。结果水样中共检出17种PhACs残留。对14种PhACs残留造成的生态风险进行分析,结果均<1。枯水期时表现为低或中等生态风险,丰水期时表现为低等生态风险或无明显生态风险。对成人的11种PhACs和对儿童的4种PhACs进行人体健康风险评价,总风险商均<1。结论该地区主要饮用水源6个水厂水样中检出14种PhACs,浓度均处于较低水平,不造成高生态风险。6个水厂对环境均无高生态风险。通过饮水途径11种PhACs对成人和4种PhACs对儿童造成的人体健康风险处于低水平。 Objective To carry out the ecological risk and human health risk assessment of 28 typical pharmaceutical active components(PhACs) pollution in the main drinking water sources of an area in Zhejiang Province.Methods The ecological risk assessments were performed to evaluate the risk of 14 PhACs in the drinking water source by the assessment of risk quotients(RQs). Human health risk characterization of 11 PhACs and 4 PhACs was based on RQs for adult and children consumed by drinking water.Results A total of 17 PhACs were detected in the collected water samples. The ecological risk assessments of14 PhACs were performed. The results showed that all of RQs were less than 1. It showed low or moderate ecological risk in low water period and low ecological risk or no obvious ecological risk in high water season. The total risks of 11 PhACs for adults and of 4 PhACs for children were both less than 1.Conclusion The concentrations of 14 PhACs in municipal water supply of an area in Zhejiang Province were in the range of low level, which did not cause high ecological risk. Further risk assessment results showed that the six waterworks had no high ecological risk to the environment. The human health risks caused by 11PhACs for adults and 4 PhACs for children were at a low level.
