甘肃地区汉族和少数民族不育男性精液质量的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of semen quality of infertile male of Han and ethnic minorities in Gansu area

目的分析甘肃地区汉族和少数民族不育男性精液质量状况。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四○医院生殖医学中心诊治的589例不育男性作为研究对象。对其进行精液常规检查,分析精液质量。结果589例不育男性的年龄18~52岁,平均(31.88±5.59)岁;其中,汉族占56.4%(332/589),少数民族占43.6%(257/589)。除去97例无精子症患者,将492例不育男性根据不同民族分为汉族组(n=277)和少数民族组(n=215);两组年龄、禁欲时间、精液体积、pH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组精子浓度、正常形态精子率、前向运动精子率、液化时间、精子总数和精子总活力比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘肃地区汉族和其他少数民族不育男性的精液质量存在差异,饮食习惯、工作和生活环境等可能是造成这一结果的重要因素,详细情况有待进行进一步的研究。

Objective To analyze the semen quality status of infertile men of Han and ethnic minorities in Gansu area.Methods Selecting the cases of 589 infertile men as the research objects who treated at the Center for Reproductive Medicine of the 940th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force Army of PLA from January of 2018 to may of 2019.The semen quality of the research objects were analyzed according to semen routine examination.Results Among the 589 infertile men,the age range was 18 to 52 years and the average age was(31.88±5.59)years.There were 56.4%(332/589)of Han people and 43.6%(257/589)of ethnic minorities.Excluding 97 cases of azoospermia patents,the 492 infertile men were divided into Han group(n=277)and ethnic minority group(n=215)according to ethnic groups.The differences in age,abstinence time,semen volume and pH between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in sperm concentration,the percentage of normal morphology sperm,the percentage of progressive motility sperm,liquefaction time,total sperm count and total sperm motility between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions There were differences in semen quality between Han and other ethnic minorities infertile men in Gansu.Dietary habits,work and living environment may be the important factors cause those results.The detailes of factors need to be further investigated.
