The effect of interferon combined with ATP infrared bioeffect technology on the expression of G6PD and FHIT in patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection

摘要 目的研究干扰素联合ATP红外生物效应技术对宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)、脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)表达的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年12月在河北省衡水市第四人民医院就诊的407例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机抽样法分为对照组(n=202)和联合组(n=205),对照组使用ATP红外生物效应技术治疗,联合组使用干扰素联合ATP红外生物效应技术治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测并比较两组患者G6PD、FHIT、白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,流式细胞仪检测并比较两组患者CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平,并统计两组患者转阴情况。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,联合组G6PD、IL-2、TNF-α水平较低,FHIT、CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)水平较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,联合组总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合ATP红外生物效应技术可降低宫颈高危型HPV感染患者体内G6PD水平,提高FHIT水平,促进患者身体恢复,效果显著。 Objective To investigate the effects of interferon combined with ATP infrared bioeffect technology on the expression of glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)and fragile histidine triad(FHIT)in patients with cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 407 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection who were admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Hengshui,Hebei Province from May 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=202)and combined group(n=205)by simple random sampling method.The control group was treated with ATP infrared bioeffect technology.The combined group was treated with interferon plus ATP infrared bioeffect technology.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect and compare the levels of G6PD,FHIT,interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in 2 groups.Flow cytometry was used to detect and compare the levels of CD3^(+) and CD8^(+) in 2 groups,and the negative conversion of 2 groups was statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of G6PD,IL-2 and TNF-α in the combined group were lower,while the levels of FHIT,CD3^(+) and CD8^(+) were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in combined group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Interferon combined with ATP infrared bioeffect technology can reduce the expression of G6PD in patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection,improve the expression of FHT,and promote the recovery of patients,with remarkable effect.
