人乳头瘤病毒感染与宫颈病变患者C反应蛋白、辅助性T17细胞、前列腺素E2及E2F转录因子-1的关系研究

The relationship between HPV infection and CRP,Th17 cell,PGE_(2) and E2F-1 in patients with cervical lesions

目的研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈病变患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、辅助性T(Th)17细胞、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))及E2F转录因子-1(E2F-1)的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月承德市第三医院收治的120例HPV感染宫颈病变患者设为观察组,根据HPV感染类型分为低危型组(n=55)和高危型组(n=65)。选择同期60例无HPV感染的宫颈病变患者设为对照组。比较各组CRP、Th17细胞及PGE_(2)水平,分析HPV感染与宫颈病变患者CRP、Th17细胞、PGE_(2)及E2F-1的相关性。结果低危型组、高危型组CRP、Th17细胞、PGE_(2)水平及E2F-1蛋白阳性表达率均高于对照组,且高危型组均高于低危型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson检验结果显示,HPV感染与宫颈病变患者CRP、Th17细胞、PGE_(2)水平及E2F-1蛋白阳性表达率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论HPV感染与宫颈病变患者CRP、Th17细胞、PGE_(2)水平及E2F-1蛋白阳性表达密切相关,随着疾病的进一步深入变化,CRP、Th17细胞、PGE_(2)水平及E2F-1蛋白阳性表达率不断升高,或与患者免疫调节失衡有关。

Objective To study the relationship between human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and C reactive protein(CRP),helper T(Th)17 cell,prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))and E2F transcription factor-1(E2F-1)in patients with cervical lesions.Methods 120 patients with cervical lesions infected with HPV admitted Chengde Third Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and divided into low-risk group(n=55)and high-risk group(n=65)according to HPV infection type.60 patients with cervical lesions without HPV infection in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of CRP,Th17 cell and PGE_(2) in each group were compared,and the correlation between HPV infection and CRP,Th17 cell,PGE_(2) and E2F-1 in patients with cervical lesions was analyzed.Results The levels of CRP,Th17 cell,PGE_(2) and positive expression rate of E2F-1 protein in low-risk group and high-risk group were higher than those in control group,and those in high-risk group were higher than those in low-risk group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Pearson test results showed that HPV infection was positively correlated with CRP,Th17 cells,PGE_(2) levels and positive expression rate of E2F-1 protein in patients with cervical lesions(P<0.05).Conclusions HPV infection is closely related to CRP,Th17 cell,PGE_(2) levels and positive expression of E2F-1 protein in patients with cervical lesions.With the further change of the disease,CRP,Th17 cells,PGE_(2)levels and positive expression rate of E2F-1 protein continue to increase,or it may be related to the imbalance of immune regulation in patients.
