认知行为干预在人类免疫缺陷病毒非职业暴露阻断中的作用

The role of cognitive behavioral intervention in blocking HIV non-occupational exposure

目的探讨认知行为干预在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)非职业暴露阻断中的作用。方法采用随机抽样法,选取2018年1月至2019年3月在无锡市第五人民医院红丝带关爱中心门诊进行HIV暴露阻断的112例暴露人群作为研究对象。据门诊号随机将其分为对照组(n=56)和认知行为干预组(n=56)。对照组采用常规阻断护理方法,认知行为干预组在常规阻断护理方法的基础上采用认知行为干预。采用医院自制的高危性行为问卷评估干预效果。结果干预后,认知行为干预组暴露次数显著低于对照组,安全套使用、主动检测艾滋病性病构成比显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预可提高HIV暴露阻断暴露人群的性安全认知,减少其的不安全性行为,使其主动检测艾滋病性病。

Objective To evaluate the cognitive behavioral intervention in blocking human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)non-occupational exposure.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 112 patients who underwent HIV exposure blocking in the Outpatient Department of Red Ribbon Care Center of the Fifth People's Hospital of Wuxi from January 2018 to March 2019 as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=56)and cognitive behavior intervention group(n=56)according to outpatient number.The control group adopted the conventional blocking nursing method,and the cognitive behav ior intervention group adopted the cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of the conv entional block ing nursing method.A self-made high-risk sexual behavior questionnaire was used to evaluate the effects of the intervention.Results After intervention,the exposure times of the cognitive behavioral intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the proportion of condom use and active detection of acquired immunedeficiency syndrome and sexually transmitted diseases(AIDS/STD)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention has positive significance in improving sexual safety awareness,reducing unsafe sexual behaviors and actively detecting AIDS/STD among HIV exposure blockers exposed populations.
