中医全科规范化培训和传统培训对带教质量影响分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Influence of Standardized Training and Traditional Training on the Quality of Teaching in General Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的结合中医全科规范化培训与传统培训方式,判断对带教质量的影响分析,为培养全科医师人才模式提供参考借鉴。方法回顾性选取2021年5—10月上海市徐汇区漕河泾街道社区卫生服务中心和上海中医药大学附属龙华医院60名全科医师和10名专家。传统培训组采用传统培训方式(n=42),规范化培训组应用中医全科规范化培训(n=18)。统计两组对培训内容的满意率、师资满意率及课程安排的满意率。分析两组培训后的能力水平。结果传统培训组对培训的满意率为54.8%,低于规范化培训组满意率的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);规范化培训组的操作技能水平、理论知识掌握、临床思维能力、教研能力水平及全科理念评分高于传统培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医全科规范化培训相比传统培训具有优势,带教质量提高,可成为培训全科医师的有效途径。 Objective To combine the standardized training and traditional training methods of traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners,to judge the impact on the quality of teaching,and to provide reference for the training of general practitioner talent models.Methods From May to October 2021,60 general practitioners and 10 experts in Community Health Service Center,Caohejing Street,Xuhui District and Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively selected.The traditional training group adopted the traditional training method(n=42),and the standardized training group applied the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine(n=18).The satisfaction rate of the training content,the teacher satisfaction rate and the curriculum arrangement satisfaction rate of the two groups were counted.Ability level after training was analysed between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the traditional training group was 54.8%,which was lower than 83.3%of the standardized training group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation skill level,theoretical knowledge mastery level,clinical thinking ability,teaching and research ability level and the general practice concept score of the standardized training group were higher than that of the traditional training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of TCM general practice has advantages over traditional training,and the quality of teaching is improved,which can be an effective way to train general practitioners.
