摘要
公立医院临床科室作为公立医院的重要组成部门之一,优质的临床科室中层干部选拔任用体制模式的设计与构建对医院的正常运作与未来发展起到极大的推动作用。现如今我国的公立医院临床科室中层干部选拔任用工作在实际执行环节存在着诸多漏洞与缺陷,已经成为公立医院的重大风险问题之一。基于此,本文立足于公立医院临床科室中层干部选拔任用工作的研究背景,从现阶段公立医院临床科室中层干部选拔任用工作所存在的问题入手,就新时代背景下公立医院临床科室中层干部选拔任用工作的组织实践路径探究予以深入探究,希望为公立医院临床科室中层干部选拔任用管理工作提供参考。
The clinical department of a public hospital is one of the important components of a public hospital.The design and construction of a system model for the selection and appointment of high-quality middle-level cadres in the clinical department will greatly promote the normal operation and future development of the hospital.Nowadays,the selection and appointment of middle-level cadres in clinical departments of public hospitals in my country has many loopholes and defects in the actual implementation,which has become one of the major risk problems of public hospitals.Based on this,this paper is based on the research background of the selection and appointment of middle-level cadres in clinical departments of public hospitals,and starts with the problems existing in the selection and appointment of middle-level cadres in clinical departments of public hospitals at this stage.In-depth exploration of the organizational practice path of the selection and appointment of middle-level cadres in clinical departments of public hospitals under the background of the new era,hoping to Provide reference for the selection and appointment management of middle-level cadres in clinical departments of public hospitals in public hospitals.
