摘要 目的探究PDCA循环理论对护士工作质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年8月100名护理人员,进行PDCA循环理念绩效管理方式,2018年前黄石市第四医院采取关键绩效指标法,对比管理前后各阶段护理质量和绩效考核情况。结果管理前,计划阶段、实施阶段、检查阶段、处理阶段的护理质量评分分别为(76.58±3.25)分、(79.08±4.07)分、(76.30±4.07)分、(81.07±6.67)分,管理后分别为(88.02±1.69)分、(84.07±5.34)分、(87.96±3.52)分、(89.94±6.50)分,管理前后差异有统计学意义(t=31.230、7.432、21.669、9.524,P<0.05);管理前,绩效数据收集、核算、总时间分别为(160.25±20.58)、(68.09±10.27)、(230.15±30.28)min,管理后分别为(80.24±10.27)、(40.37±7.24)、(130.28±15.27)min,管理前后差异有统计学意义(t=34.787、22.060、29.449,P<0.05)。结论采取PDCA管理模式,可以有效提高护理质量,并缩短绩效考核时间,其管理质量和管理效率均相对较高。 Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle theory on nurses'work quality.Methods 100 nursing staff from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected to carry out PDCA cycle concept performance management method.Before 2018,the hospital adopted the key performance indicator method.The nursing quality and performance evaluation of each stage before and after management were compared.Results The nursing quality scores in the planning stage,implementation stage,inspection stage,and treatment stage before management were(76.58±3.25)points,(79.08±4.07)points,(76.30±4.07)points,and(81.07±6.67)points,respectively.After management,the scores were(88.02±1.69)points,(84.07±5.34)points,(87.96±3.52)points,and(89.94±6.50)points respectively.The difference before and after management was statistically significant(t=31.230,7.432,21.669,9.524,P<0.05).The performance data collection,accounting and total time before management were(160.25±20.58)min,(68.09±10.27)min and(230.15±30.28)min respectively.After management,they were(80.24±10.27)min,(40.37±7.24)min,and(130.28±15.27)min.The difference before and after management was statistically significant(t=34.787,22.060,29.449,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the PDCA management model can effectively improve the quality of nursing and shorten the performance appraisal time,and its management quality and management efficiency are relatively high.
