摘要
目的研究手术室护理管理中行PDCA循环管理的效果。方法选取山东省邹平市人民医院2020年1月—2021年12月手术室护士,分为基础组(2020年1—12月行传统管理,n=25)、循环组(2021年1—12月行PDCA循环管理,n=25),比较两组管理效果。结果管理后,与基础组比较,循环组护理质量评分、个人护理能力评分更高;循环组医生对护士满意率(96.00%)高于基础组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.153,P=0.042)。结论PDCA循环管理可提高手术室护士的护理质量、个人护理能力,提高满意度、值得推崇。
Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle management in operating room nursing management.Methods Operating room nurses in Zouping city people's Hospital of Shangdong Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Divided into the basic group(traditional management from January to December 2020,n=25)and the circulation group(PDCA cycle management from January to December 2021,n=25).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results After management,compared with the basic group,the nursing quality score and personal nursing ability score of the circulation group were higher.The doctor's satisfaction rate with nurses in the circulation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the basic group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153,P=0.042).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can improve the nursing quality,personal nursing ability and satisfaction of operating room nurses,which is worthy of admiration.
