摘要
人力资源是医院深化改革的重要力量,医院薪酬体系的改革是医院人力资源改革的主要方面,为医院取得实质性改革发挥积极的作用。深入探究薪酬工资在医院人力资源中管理的作用,可为医务人员工作积极性的提升及医院长远发展提供保障。该文在查阅大量相关文献及结合以往工作经验的基础上,对医疗机构薪酬管理的目标及基本流程进行分析,总结医院人力资源管理中薪酬工资管理存在的主要问题,提出医院人力资源管理中薪酬工作的激励措施,探讨薪酬工资在医院人力资源管理中的作用,旨在为医院更好地应用薪酬工资促进人力资源价值的发挥提供理论参考。
Human resources are an important force for the hospital to deepen the reform.The reform of the hospital's salary system is the main aspect of the hospital's human resources reform,which plays an active role in the hospital's substantial reform.An in-depth study of the role of salary and wages in hospital human resources management can provide guarantees for the improvement of medical staff's work enthusiasm and the long-term development of hospitals.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents and combining previous work experience,this paper analyzes the goals and basic processes of salary management in medical institutions,summarizes the main problems of salary and salary management in hospital human resources management,proposes incentive measures for salary work in hospital human resources management,and discusses the role of salary and salary in hospital human resources.It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for hospitals to better apply salary and wages to promote the value of human resources management.
