青岛地区某高校大学生抑郁现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Depression among College Students in a University in Qingdao

目的通过调查在校大学生的抑郁现状,分析其可能存在的心理影响因素,为对大学生心理抑郁防治提供依据,促进学生心理健康。方法于2021年10—12月采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)组合问卷,随机抽取青岛某高校300名学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷271份。结果检出抑郁的大学生有96名,未检出的有175名。社会支持情况、人际关系因子、学习压力因子及丧失因子是大学生抑郁的重要影响因素。其中被人误会或错怪、受人歧视冷遇、不喜欢上学及与老师关系紧张有显著影响。结论学生抑郁状况较以前减轻,但形势仍非常严峻。焦虑程度和社会支持情况以及人际关系因子、学习压力因子、丧失因子对抑郁程度有显著影响。

Objective By investigating the current situation of depression among college students,this paper analyzes the possible psychological influencing factors,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of psychological depression among college students and promote their mental health.Methods From October to December 2021,the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Adolescent life Events Scale(ASLEC)combined questionnaires were used.300 students from a university in Qingdao were randomly selected for questionnaire survey,and 271 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results Depression was detected in 69%college students,and 175)were not detected.Social support,interpersonal relationship factors,learning stress factors and loss factors were important influencing factors of college students'depression.Among them,being misunderstood or blamed by others,being discriminated against,not liking going to school,and having a tense relationship with teachers have a significant impact.Conclusion The depression of students is less severe than before,but the situation is still very serious.Anxiety and social support as well as interpersonal factors,learning stress factors,and loss factors had significant effects on depression.
