2016-2020年章丘区手足口病流行特征分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease in Zhangqiu District from 2016 to 2020

目的了解章丘区手足口病的流行病学特征和趋势,为手足口病防治措施提供依据。方法收集2016年1月—2020年12月中国疾病预防控制系统监测报告的手口病疫情资料,并进行分析。结果2016—2020年章丘区共报告手足口病7170例,年均发病率128.95/10万,发病率呈持续下降趋势。男4225例,女2945例,性别比1.43∶1。病例集中在人口密集的主城区及其毗邻的街道。5岁以内发病最多,占85.24%(6112例)。2016—2019年发病主要集中在6~9月份,占全年病例的85.94%(5815例),2020年发病集中在9~11月份,占83.42%(337例)。病原学检测显示其他肠道病毒(47.13%)和CoxA16型(42.21%)是活跃毒株,EV71型(10.66%)相对较少。结论章丘区手足口病有明显季节、地区、人群差异,应加强对重点人群、重点地区、重点时间段的针对性防控措施。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of hand,foot and mouth disease in Zhangqiu District,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods The hand-mouth disease epidemic data reported by the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention System from January 2016 to December 2020 were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 7170 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease were reported in Zhangqiu District from 2016 to 2020,with an average annual incidence of 128.95/100000,and the incidence continued to decline.There were 4225 males and 2945 females,with a sex ratio of 1.43∶1.Cases were concentrated in densely populated main urban areas and their adjoining streets.The most common cases were within 5 years old,accounting for 85.24%(6112 cases).From 2016 to 2019,the incidence was mainly concentrated in June to September,accounting for 85.94%(5815 cases)of the annual cases.In 2020,the incidence was concentrated in September to November,accounting for 83.42%(337 cases).Etiological detection showed that other enteroviruses(47.13%)and CoxA16(42.21%)were active strains,and EV71(10.66%)was relatively less.Conclusion There are obvious seasonal,regional and population differences in HFMD in Zhangqiu District,and targeted prevention and control measures should be strengthened for key populations,key regions,and key time periods.
