文献计量视角下医院绩效考核研究特点分析

Analysis on the Research Characteristics of Hospital Performance Appraisal from the Perspective of Bibliometrics

目的分析2011年1月—2021年10月有关绩效考核的文献研究热点与变化趋势,为医院绩效考核提供参考。方法以绩效考核为题名,以中国知网期刊库为数据库进行检索,运用BICOMB和SPSS等软件对文献从研究对象和关键词等多角度进行计量分析。研究以东部地区的临床医护人员为重点对象,研究类型分为理论研究、方法设计、实证研究和效果评价4种,研究热点包括护理绩效考核信息化、公立医院绩效薪酬分配、临床绩效考核构建和基层医护绩效激励4个领域。结果得到有效文献828篇,医护群体文献占比最高为35.27%,理论研究为主要文献类型,高频关键词包括考核指标、公立医院和护理管理等。结论大型医院的临床医护人员绩效考核研究成果丰富,未来需要加强对中西部地区和基层医疗机构的关注,构建更加多元立体的绩效考核体系。

Objective To analyze the literature research hotspots and changing trends of performance appraisal from January 2011 to October 2021,and to provide reference for hospital performance appraisal.Methods Taking performance appraisal as the title,the CNKI journal database was used as the database for retrieval,and software such as BICOMB and SPSS were used to carry out quantitative analysis of the literature from multiple perspectives such as research objects and keywords.The research focuses on clinical medical staff in the eastern region.The research types were divided into 4 types:theoretical research,method design,empirical research and effect evaluation.The research hotspots included 4 areas:the informatization of nursing performance assessment,the distribution of performance compensation in public hospitals,the construction of clinical performance assessment and the performance incentives of primary medical care.Results A total of 828 valid literatures were obtained,and the highest proportion of literatures from medical and nursing groups was 35.27%.Theoretical research was the main type of literature,and high-frequency keywords included assessment indicators,public hospitals,and nursing management.Conclusion The research results of performance appraisal of clinical medical staff in large hospitals are rich.In the future,it is necessary to pay more attention to the central and western regions and primary medical institutions,and to build a more diversified and three-dimensional performance appraisal system.
