摘要
南华县具有丰富的野生食用菌资源,享有“野生菌王国”的美称,其野生食用菌产量位居全国前列。通过调查走访,发现南华县野生食用菌年产量与前一年及前两年的降雨量呈正相关,周产量与前一周降雨量呈正相关,与前一周温度具有负相关。南华县野生食用菌产业处于野生食用菌采摘和初加工的初级阶段,尤其是产业链过短。因此,在林地内创造低温高湿环境可提高野生食用菌产量,开发新产品有利于产业链延长。通过研究南华县野生食用菌生产、加工等方面的现状和问题,以期为其持续发展提供参考。
Nanhua county has abundant wild edible fungi resources,enjoys the good name of‘kingdom of wild fungi’,and its output of wild edible fungi ranks first in the country.Through investigation and visit,it is found that the annual yield of wild edible fungi in Nanhua county is positively correlated with the rainfall of the previous year and two years,the weekly yield is positively correlated with the rainfall of the previous week,and negatively correlated with the temperature of the previous week.Nanhua county wild edible fungi industry is in the primary stage of wild edible fungi picking and primary processing,especially the industrial chain is too short.Therefore,creating a low temperature and high humidity environment in the forest can increase the yield of wild edible fungi and develop new products,which is conducive to the extension of the industrial chain.The present situation and problems of production and processing of wild fungi in Nanhua county were studied in order to provide reference for its sustainable development.
