摘要
为了扩大羊肚菌栽培面积,填补羊肚菌鲜品的上市空档期,提高当地农业经济效益,通过调研甘南州地区羊肚菌栽培企业和农民专业合作社的实际情况,基于当地气候条件结合甘肃省科学院生物研究所羊肚菌反季节栽培技术,筛选出了适合错季栽培的羊肚菌“GK2”品种,且确定了羊肚菌错季栽培技术体系,从菌种培育、培养料准备、菌袋制作、遮阳棚搭建、栽培技术、病虫害防治及采收等方面进行总结,为羊肚菌错季栽培取得较好的栽培效益以及大面积推广应用提供了技术支持。
In order to expand the cultivated area of Morchella spp.,fill the gap period of fresh Morchella spp.on the market,and improve the economic efficiency,the actual situation of Morchella spp.cultivation enterprises and farmers’professional co-operatives in Gannan was investigated.Based on local climate conditions in combination with the off-season cultivation technology of Morchella spp.by Gansu Academy of Sciences.The suitable off-season‘GK2’varieties was selected and the technical system of off-season cultivation of Morchella spp.was determined.The aspects of strain cultivation,preparation of culture material,pouch making,sunshade building,cultivation technology,disease and insect pest control and harvesting were sumarized to provide technical support for the off-season cultivation of Morchella spp.and to obtain better cultivation benefits and large-scale promotion and application.
