摘要
由于P3级别生物安全生产车间内的工艺设备如生物反应器、隔离器、超滤浓缩、高压灭菌器等排出的废水具有一定的生物安全风险,导致其配套安装的活毒废水处理系统(灭菌罐)也应当有相应的生物安全防护措施。对活毒废水处理系统在实际工作中存在的风险点进行了详细的阐述,并根据风险点给出了具体的改进方案和建议。通过对活毒废水处理系统设计、安装及功能等方面的优化,配合辅助设施的使用,从而达到保障系统稳定运行、有效降低生物安全风险、保证疫苗生产人员及环境的安全性的目的。
As the wastewater discharged by the process equipment in the P3 level biosafety production workshop,such as biological reactor,isolator,ultrafiltration concentration,autoclave and so on,has certain biosafety risks,the supporting installation of live toxic wastewater treatment system(sterilization tank)should also have corresponding biosafety protection measures.In this paper,the risk points of live toxic wastewater treatment system in practical work were described in detail,and specific improvement schemes and suggestions were given according to the risk points.By optimizing the design,installation and function of the live toxic wastewater treatment system,and coordinating the use of auxiliary facilities,the aim of ensuring the stable operation of the system,effectively reducing biosafety risks,and ensuring the safety of vaccine production personnel and the environment was achieved.
