QuEChERS结合气相色谱法快速测定人参中9种有机氯农药残留 被引量:4

Determination of 9 organochlorine pesticides residues in ginseng by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的采用改良的QuEChERS法结合气相色谱技术,建立一种快速检测人参中六氯苯、五氯硝基苯、七氯、艾试剂、氧化氯丹环氧七氯B、环氧七氯A、反氯丹顺氯丹等9种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。方法样品粉碎过筛后用.乙腈超声提取,采用快速简便、经济高效、稳定安全的多残留方法(QuEChERS)进行净化,上清液直接经气相色谱分析检测,标准曲线外标法定量。结果在0.004 mg/L~0.2 mg/L浓度内,9种有机氯农药的质量浓度与相应的峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均>0.998,3个添加水平(0.01 mg/kg.0.04 mg/kg、0.16 mg/kg)下,9种农药在人参中的.平均回收率在78.83%~101.75%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<10%。结论该方法快速、简便,具有良好的回收率和稳定性,可满足人参中多种常见的有机氯农药残留的日常监测需求。 Objective To establish a method for the rapid detection of hexachlorobenzene,pentachloronitrobenzene,hepta-chlor,aldrin,oxychlor-dane,heptachlor-exo-epoxide B,heptachlor-exo-epoxide A,trans-chlordane,cis-chlordane in ginseng by using the improved QuEChERS method combined with gas chromatography.Methods The samples were ground-ed and then ultrasonically extracted with acetonitrile,purified by the quick easy cheap effective rugged and safe multiresidue method(QuEChERS).The solutions were analyzed by gas chromatography and quantified by external standard method using standard curves.Results The mass concentration of 9 pesticides had a good linear relationship with the corresponding peak areas in the range of 0.004 mg/L-0.2 mg/L,with correlation coefficients larger than 0.998.The average recoveries of the 9 pesticides in ginseng ranged from 78.83%to 101.75%in 3 spiked levels(0.01 mg/kg,0.04 mg/kg,0.16 mg/kg),and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all less than 10%.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,reliable,and eficient,and it could meet the requirement for the daily determination of many organochlorine pesticide residues in ginseng.
