摘要
目的 分析矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌检测能力验证(ACAS-PT1117)的结果。方法 根据能力验证指导书及《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》(GB 8538-2016)中铜绿假单胞菌-滤膜法进行操作并对结果加以分析。结果 样品21-M635在CN平板上生长的菌落为单一的形态:绿色菌落。样品21-Q120在CN平板上生长的菌落为3种形态:绿色菌落、淡黄色菌落和白色菌落。2个样品在CN琼脂平板上均无红褐色菌落生长。样品21-M635的最终检测结果为7 400 cfu/250 ml,样品21-Q120的最终检测结果为8 500 cfu/250 ml。本次能力验证Z值分别为0.5、0.2,|Z|均<2,检测结果为满意。结论 本实验室具备检测铜绿假单胞菌的能力。
Objective To analyze the results of the proficiency testing( ACAS-PT1117) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in mineral water. Methods Operation was carried out according to the ability verification instruction and Pseudomonas aeruginosa filtration membrane method( GB 8538-2016),the inspection method of natural mineral water for drinking,and the results were analyzed. Results The colony of sample 21-M635 on CN plate was a single form: green colony. The colonies of sample21-Q120 on CN plate showed three forms: green,light yellow and white colonies. There was no red-brown colony growth in both samples on the CN plate. The final test result of sample 21-M635 was 7 400 cfu/250 ml,and the final test result of sample 21-Q120 was 8 500 cfu/250 ml. The Z values of the proficiency testing were 0. 5 and 0. 2,and | Z | values were both less than 2,indicating an ideal result. Conclusion This laboratory has the ability to detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa in mineral water.
