摘要
目的了解北京市通州区化学污染物及有害因素的污染水平。方法按照《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》和现行各类食品相应的国家食品检验标准规定的要求和方法进行检测分析。结果15件面包、饼干样品中脱氧雪腐镰刀烯醇检出率为66.7%,玉米赤霉烯酮为46.7%,15-乙酰基脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇为13.3%;30件香蕉样品中,甲基硫菌灵检出率为73.3%;30件樱桃中多效唑检出率为20.0%,30件草莓中多效唑检出率为13.3%,60件葡萄中赤霉素检出率为5.0%,30件樱桃中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸检出率为100.0%;8件薯片、虾条中镉和含铝食品添加剂检出率均为100.0%;130件葡萄样中甲氰菊酯检出率为0.8%,百菌清检出率为0.8%,腐霉利检出率为20.8%。结论通州区食品中化学污染总体情况较好,但真菌毒素植物生长调节剂、杀菌剂、重金属污染比较严重。建议各个部门紧密配合,从各个环节对北京市通州区食品安全进行监测和管理,最大程度上确保食品安全和居民健康。
Objective To understand the pollution level of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in Tongzhou District of Beijing. Methods The detection and analysis were carried out in accordance with the requirements and methods specified in the Manual for the National Risk Monitoring of Food Pollution and Harmful Factors and the corresponding national food inspection standards for various foods. Results The detection rates of deoxynivalenol,zearalenone and 15 acetyldeoxynivalenols in 15bread and biscuit samples were 66. 7%,46. 7% and 13. 3%,respectively. Among 30 banana samples,the detection rate of thiophanate methyl was 73. 3%. The detection rate of Paclobutrazol was 20. 0% in 30 cherries,13. 3% in 30 strawberries.5. 0% in 60 grapes and 100. 0% in 30 cherries. The detection rates of cadmium and aluminum containing food additives in 8potato chips and shrimp chips were 100. 0%. The detection rate of fenprothrin,chlorothalonil and propidium in 130 grape samples was respectively 0. 8%,0. 8% and 20. 8%. Conclusion The overall situation of chemical pollution in food in Tongzhou District is good,but the pollution of mycotoxins,plant growth regulators,fungicides and heavy metals is serious. It is suggested that all related departments cooperate closely to monitor and manage food safety in Tongzhou District of Beijing from all links,so as to ensure food safety and residents’ health to the greatest extent.
