新乡市非医疗放射工作单位放射防护现状调查 被引量:2

Investigation of the current status of radiation protection in non-medical sectors in Xinxiang City

摘要 目的掌握新乡市非医疗放射工作单位放射防护现状,探讨非医疗放射防护及管理中存在的问题。方法采用问卷调查的方法,按照行业类别对全市2021年度非医疗放射工作单位的辐射源使用及防护情况、放射工作人员职业健康检查及个人剂量监测开展等情况进行调查。结果全市共计75家非医疗放射工作单位,现使用501枚(台)辐射源,其中射线装置有111台,密封放射源390枚,放射工作从业人员570人。按行业分类统计,测井公司防护设施配备率、放射工作人员职业健康检查率及个人剂量佩戴率均达到100.0%,而行包检测单位防护设施配备率、放射工作人员职业健康检查率及个人剂量佩戴率均为0.0%。密封放射源与本市2003年的调查结果相比料(液)位计、核子秤数量大量减少,而测井用源密度仪、测厚仪等数量明显增加。结论本市非医疗放射工作单位的放射防护管理情况总体优于全国水平,但与国家法律法规的要求仍有差距。应建立健全行包检测放射工作人员的放射防护管理与监督体系,避免职业因素带来的潜在危害。 Objective To master the current situation of radiation protection in non-medical radiology units in Xinxiang City,and to discuss the problems of radiation protection and management in non-medical radiology units.Methods The informa-tion of the use and protection of radiation sources,occupational health examination and personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in non-medical radiology units in 2021 were investigated by questionnaire according to industry categories in the whole city.Results There were 75 non-medical radiology units in total,501 radiation sources including 111 radiation devices and 390 sealed radiation sources were used,and there were 570 radiation workers in the whole city.According to industry classifica-tion,the equipment rate of protective facilities in logging companies,the occupational health examination rate of radiation workers and the wearing rate of personal dose all reached 100.0%,while that in package testing units were all 0.0%.Com-pared with the survey results in 2003,the number of sealed radioactive sources,such as material(liquid)level meter and nucleon balance,is greatly reduced,while the number of sources,density meter and thickness meter used for logging is obvi-ously increased.Conclusion The radiation protection management of non-medical radiology units in Xinxiang City was gener-ally better than the national level,but there is still a gap with the requirements of national laws and regulations.The radiation protection management and supervision system of radiation workers in luggage inspection units should be established and im-proved to avoid potential hazards caused by occupational factors.
