摘要
智能家居的发展有效地提高了生产效率,节约了更多的时间成本和人力成本。文章针对市场上有关自动化叠衣装置技术方面的空缺,提出了一种基于STM32微处理器的叠衣装置控制系统。该系统能够控制叠衣装置中的各个电机的运动,并通过K210、检测模块与微处理器的串口通信方式,实时反馈衣物分类和叠放的状况,最终通过显示屏显示机器的运作状态,实现了叠衣过程的全自动化和智能化,有效提高了工作效率。
The development of smart home has effectively improved production efficiency and saved more time and labor costs.Aiming at the technical vacancy of the automatic folding device in the market,the paper proposes a control system for the folding device based on STM32 microprocessor,which can control the movement of each motor in the folding device.The serial communication mode of the processor feeds back the status of clothing classification and stacking in real time,and finally displays the operating status of the machine through the display screen,which realizes the full automation and intelligence of the stacking process and effectively improves work efficiency.
