基于Arduino的摸高器自动测量与回位系统设计

摘要 在体育器材中,常见的摸高器为带有摆条的拍击测距式摸高器材。这种摸高器材在使用时需要人为读数、人为拨动摆条回正等,在大型体育测试中使用起来较为不方便,测量效率较低。文章基于Arduino单片机,在传统的摆条式摸高器的基础上,设计了一个可以使摆条自动回位、高度自动测量的电子系统。该系统以Arduino单片机为核心,采用红外激光测距传感器进行高度测量,采用OLED显示器显示高度,研发了一套基于直流舵机的摆条自动回位机械结构,实现了红外遥控测距和摆条自动回位的功能,提高了摸高测量的自动化水平,具有广泛的应用前景。 In sports equipment,the common height detector is a pat distance measuring equipment with a swing bar;this kind of height touch equipment requires human reading,artificially dialing the swing bar back to the positive,etc.In large sports tests,the height toucher is more inconvenient to use and the measurement efficiency is low.The paper is based on the Arduino microcontroller,on the basis of the traditional swinging bar height detector,an electronic system is designed that can automatically return the pendulum and automatically measure the height.The system takes the arduino microcontroller as the core,adopts the infrared laser ranging sensor for height measurement,uses the OLED display to display the height,and develops a set of swing automatic swinging mechanical structure based on the DC servo,realizes the function of infrared remote control ranging and automatic return of the swing,improves the automation level of touch height measurement,and has a wide range of application prospects.
