以教师专业发展为导向的大学教学学术评价策略探析

摘要 大学教学学术评价就是将教学过程作为学术活动进行价值判断的过程,其特点表现在评价目标的发展性、评价内容的学术性、评价标准的差异性、评价方法的综合性以及评价主体的多元性。有效的学术评价能够为大学教师专业发展提供目标方向、持续动力和现实参照,高校有关部门需要从教学的学术性特点出发,关注教师的教学学术成长、强调教学活动的学术性、注重教学学术的差异性判断、开展综合性评价方式、构建多元评价体系。 Evaluation on university scholarship of teaching and learning is the process of judging the value of teaching process as an academic activity,which is characterized by the developmental nature of evaluation objectives,academic nature of evaluation content,the differences in evaluation standards,the comprehensiveness of evaluation methods and the plurality of evaluation subjects.Effective academic evaluation can provide target direction,continuous motivation and real reference for the professional development of teachers in universities.From the academic characteristics of teaching,relevant departments of universities need to focus on teaching academic growth of teachers,emphasize academic nature of teaching activities,pay attention to the judgement of teaching academic differences,carry out comprehensive evaluation methods and build a pluralistic evaluation system.
