德育教育是落实立德树人的重要内容,对学生形成良好的道德品质具有重要的作用,在高中阶段,班主任必须坚持育人为本,德育为先,把学生的德育工作作为高中管理的重要工作内容。高中班主任在班级管理工作中应以德育工作的不足之处为切入口,实现立德树人。

Moral education is an important part of implementing morality education and plays an important role in the formation of students’good moral qualities.In high school,headteachers must insist on educating students as the foundation and moral education as the first priority,and take students’moral education as an important task in high school management.High school headteachers should take the shortcomings of moral education work as an entry point in class management to realize morality education.
