党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础。为推进高校基层党建创新,探索新时代高校基层党建创新的实践方法,大连大学建立基层党支部创新立项制度,以期通过党支部创新立项活动,以项目管理的方式调动党支部和全体党员的积极性与创造性,在完成项目的活动中,体现党员意识,发挥党支部和党员作用。

The grassroots organization of the Party is the foundation to ensure the implementation of the Party’s policies and decisions.In order to promote the innovation of grass-roots Party building in colleges and universities and explore the practical methods of innovation of grass-roots Party building in colleges and universities in the new era,Dalian University has established the innovative project-establishing system of grass-roots Party branches,with a view to mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of Party branches and all Party members through the innovative project-establishing activities of Party branches and project management,reflecting the awareness of Party members and giving full play to the role of Party branches and Party members.
