乡村振兴,乡风文明是保障。加强乡风文明建设既有利于传承乡村优秀文化、提升农民综合素质,也有利于促进乡村治理有效和人民共同富裕。当前,乡风文明建设面临着乡村建设主体缺位、村民价值观念有偏差、乡村治理效果不佳、政府资金投入不足等诸多问题。为了改变这些现状,要从农民、基层党组织、社会等多方面共同着手,加强思想引导,提升农民思想政治觉悟;加强组织引领,充分发挥党的积极引领作用;推动风气治理,促使农村优秀传统文化得以传承;加快经济建设步伐,推动农村各项公共基础设施逐步趋于完善;落实好文化培育工作,为不断提升农村精神文明建设实效助力;加大人才培养力度,为乡村振兴积蓄力量,合力提升乡风文明建设的质量。
