摘要
对物证的检验与鉴定涉及多个学科领域,如物理学、化学、生物学、医学、统计学、计算机科学等,这是由物证系统的复杂性所决定的。正是由于物证系统的复杂性和开放性,从系统科学的视角上看,物证的检验鉴定适于使用综合集成的方法论原则对其展开研究,将综合集成方法应用到物证检验鉴定领域,将有助于物证检验鉴定从以专家经验为主的定性检验模式转变到定性与定量相结合的检验模式,最终从定性的综合集成走到定量的综合集成,为物证检验鉴定提供新的方法论和理论基础。
The examination and identification of physical evidence involves many disciplines,such as physics,chemistry,biology,medicine,statistics,computer science and so on,which is determined by the complexity of the physical evidence system.From the perspective of systems science,the principle of comprehensive integrated methods is suitable for the examination and appraisal of material evidence,for which the qualitative inspection mode based on expert experience has been changed to the qualitative and quantitative inspection mode.Finally,it comes true from qualitative comprehensive integration to quantitative comprehensive integration,which will lay a foundation for this new methodology and theory.
