系统科学视域下区块链技术在数字音乐版权保护中的应用价值分析

Analysis on the Application Value of Blockchain Technology in Copyright Protection of Digital Music from the Perspective of System Science

数字音乐版权保护是一项系统工程,其内部三大子系统:确权系统、用权系统和维权系统相互关联、相互作用,形成一个有机统一的运作整体。本文基于系统科学视角,通过分析区块链技术特征,结合数字音乐版权系统存在的问题,从著作权人、传播者和使用者三方角度剖析区块链技术特征对构建数字音乐版权系统的应用价值,认为区块链+数字音乐版权系统的应用可弱化版权确权过程中的垄断力量、有效建立用权交易过程中的信任机制以及解决维权过程中面临的司法公正问题。

The copyright protection of digital music is a systematic project.Its three subsystems;the right confirmation system,the right using system and the right safeguarding system are interrelated and interacted to form an organic and unified operational whole.Based on the perspective of system science,this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of blockchain,combined with the problems existing in digital music copyright system,and analyzes the application value of blockchain technology features to construct digital music copyright system from the perspective of copyright owner,disseminator and user.It is believed that the application of blockchain+digital music copyright system can weaken the monopoly power and establish effectively trust mechanism in the process of copyright confirmation transaction and solve the problem of judicial justice in the process of rights protection.
