图式理论视角的消防科技英语的汉译研究

随着我国城市化进程的快速推进,大型公共建筑数量相应增加,火灾隐患也随之增大,火灾所造成大量人员伤亡和巨大经济损失让消防安全问题逐渐受到世界各个国家的重视。为加强国内外消防专家的交流和联系,消防科技英语的桥梁纽带作用尤为重要。为使消防科技英语在翻译后不丢失原有的逻辑性、精确性,文章尝试以图示理论对消防科技英语进行汉译,希望能为我国消防行业相关从业人员提供借鉴。

With the acceleration of urbanization and increasing of large public buildings,fire hazards emerge to be a serious social problem.The large number of casualties and huge economic losses caused by fires have gradually turn governments’attention to the fire safety in the globe.Fire science and technology English plays an important role in strengthening the exchanges between fire experts at home and abroad in preventing fire hazards.In order to keep the original logic and accuracy of translating the fire science and technology English into Chinese,this paper attempts to employ the schema theory to translate the fire science and technology English into Chinese,which aims to provide insights for relevant translation practitioners and other concerned professionals.
