摘要
词汇学习是英语学习中不可或缺的一环,词汇的即时和延时记忆对学生理解和灵活使用词汇非常重要。随着移动辅助手段在教学中的广泛应用和“以测促学”理念的推广,检验两者的结合对词汇学习成效是否产生影响至关重要。通过对比实验组和对照组,可以发现:(1)移动网络平台自测式学习对学生短期词汇记忆成效不显著;(2)移动网络平台自测式学习对学生延时词汇记忆成效略显著。基于研究结论,可知在同等条件下,教师可以更多使用移动手段辅助“自测式”词汇学习,提高学生词汇学习的效率和成果。
Vocabulary learning has been an inseparable part in English learning, and how well students recall the words instantaneously and also after a longer period has been critical to students’ understanding and flexible use. As mobile learning and the theory of “assessment as learning” are widely applied in language learning, it is important to test if the combination of the two approaches can affect vocabulary learning. Comparing the contrast and experiment group, it can be discovered that: 1)learning through self-assessment on mobile platform does not exert a significant impact on instantaneous recall of vocabulary;2)learning through self-assessment on mobile platform can have a slight significant impact on post recall of vocabulary after a longer period. Based on the results, it can be deduced that teachers can use more self-assessment and mobile learning to increase vocabulary learning efficiency and results.
