寒温及寒冷地区铁路牵引变电所设计方案研究

摘要 根据我国气候类型区域分布及各种气候类型的特征值,总结了我国寒温及寒冷地区温度低、覆冰厚、冻土深的气候特征,提出了寒温及寒冷地区的牵引变电所设备、材料选型及接地等设计方案。通过分析气候特征对设备、材料的影响机理,提出针对性解决方案,包括变压器油的选择要与环境温度相匹配;采用在SF气体中混入N或CF等其它气体解决低温环境下的SF气体液化问题;寒温及寒冷地区使用的干式电压互感器、干式电流互感器中的环氧树脂可通过增加聚氨酯或SiO粉末避免其开裂等8项措施,所提解决方案可为寒温及寒冷地区铁路牵引变电所的设计提供参考。 According to the regional distribution map of climate types in China and the characteristic values of various climate types,it is concluded that the cold temperature and cold areas in China have the climate characteristics of low temperature,thick ice cover and deep frozen soil.By analyzed the influence mechanism of the above climate characteristics on equipment and materials,the design schemes of equipment,material selection and grounding of traction substation in cold and cold areas are put forward.By analyzed the influence mechanism of climate characteristics on equipment and materials,the targeted solutions were put forward.These solutions included 8 measures,such as the selection of transformer oil shall match the ambient temperature;Mixing other gases such as Nor CFin SFgas can solve the problem of SFgas liquefaction in low temperature environment;Polyurethane or SiOpowder shall be added to the epoxy resin in dry type voltage transformer and current transformer used in cold temperature and cold areas to avoid cracking,etc.The proposed solutions can provide reference for the design of railway traction substations in cold temperate and cold areas.
