摘要
从课程性质与理念、核心素养与课程目标、课程内容、课程实施建议4个方面对《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》2022年版与2011年版进行比较分析。课程性质方面,《课程标准(2022年版)》继承了以身体练习为载体促进学生身心健康全面发展为目标的课程定位,但突出了发展学生核心素养的目的;课程理念方面,《课程标准(2022年版)》对《课程标准(2011年版)》的基本理念和课程设计思路进行了整合,强化了课程理念对课程设计的指导性,同时也呈现出政治性、综合性和时代性3个特点;核心素养与课程目标方面,《课程标准(2022年版)》新增加了核心素养,并依据核心素养构建了课程总目标和水平学习目标;课程内容方面,构建了涵盖基本运动技能、体能、健康教育、专项运动技能、跨学科主题学习的完整课程体系,并提出了相应的内容要求、学业要求和教学提示;教学建议方面,《课程标准(2022年版)》秉持“大课程教学观”,提出要强化核心素养对教学的引领;评价方面,基于核心素养构建了学业质量标准,提出了开展多元学习评价、学业水平考试和综合评定的要求。
The Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health 2022 edition and the 2011 edition was compared and analyzed in four aspects:curriculum nature and philosophy,core competencies and curriculum objectives,curriculum content,and curriculum implementation suggestions.In terms of the curriculum nature,the curriculum standards(2022 edition)inherits the orientation of the curriculum with the goal of promoting the overall development of students’physical and mental health through physical exercises,but highlights the purpose of developing students’core competencies;in terms of curriculum philosophy,the 2022 edition integrates the basic philosophy and curriculum design ideas of the curriculum standards(2011edition)and strengthens the guiding role of the curriculum philosophy in curriculum design,while also showing three characteristics of political nature,comprehensiveness and times;in terms of core competencies and curriculum objectives,the curriculum standards(2022 edition)newly adds the core competencies,and constructed the general objectives and four levels of learning objectives based on core competencies;in terms of curriculum content,builds a complete curriculum system covering basic motor skills,physical fitness,health education,special motor skills and interdisciplinary thematic learning,and proposes corresponding content requirements,academic requirements and teaching tips;in terms of teaching suggestions,the curriculum standards(2022 edition)upholds the“big curriculum teaching viewpoint”,and proposes to strengthen the core competencies to lead the teaching;in terms of assessment,the academic quality standards are constructed based on core competencies,and propose to carry out multi-dimensional learning,academic level examination and comprehensive assessment.
