摘要 以普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏为胶凝材料,掺入减水剂、保水剂、纤维、发泡剂等制备了泡沫混凝土,通过分析发泡剂稳泡时间、泡沫混凝土的凝结时间、抗压强度和膨胀率确定了最优配合比,并对最优配合比下的墙板进行了中试试验。结果表明:发泡剂的最佳稳泡时间为1 h以内;当m普通硅酸盐水泥∶m_(粉煤灰)∶m_(硫铝酸盐水泥)∶m_(石膏)=5.0∶4.0∶0.4∶0.6时,泡沫混凝土的初凝时间小于60 min,抗压强度>3.5 MPa,膨胀率达到镁基水泥水平,抗开裂性能良好,且此配合比下的墙板各项性能指标良好。 Foamed concrete was prepared by using ordinary portland cement,fly ash,sulfoaluminate cement and gypsum as cementing materials,adding water reducing agent,water retaining agent,fiber and foaming agent.The optimal mix proportion was determined by analyzing the foam stabilization time of the foaming agent and the setting time,the compressive strength and the expansion rate of foamed concrete,and the pilot test was carried out for the wallboard under the optimal mix proportion.The results show that the optimum foam stabilization time of the foaming agent is within 1 h.When m_(ordinary portland cement)∶m_(fly ash)∶m_(sulphoaluminate cement)∶m_(gypsum)is 5.0∶4.0∶0.4∶0.6,the initial setting time of foamed concrete is less than 60 min,the compressive strength is more than 3.5 MPa,the expansion rate reaches the level of magnesium based cement,the cracking resistance is good,and all performance indexes of wallboard under this mix proportion are good.
