利用电镀污泥的生物淋滤液制备锰锌铁氧体 被引量:4

摘要 对吉林某厂产生的4种电镀污泥(1#、2#、3#、4#)进行预处理、消解、BCR连续萃取、XRD、SEM、TEM的分析表征,确定目标金属均为Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、Co。将4种污泥按质量比等量混匀后生物淋滤。在非接触生物淋滤下的最优浸出条件为:初始pH=1.0,固液比10%,转速120 r/min,在该条件下,Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn均能100%浸出。收集生物淋滤液,以氨水作沉淀剂,利用水热法将淋滤液中的金属离子制备成了立方形,球形,颗粒大小均一,尺寸10~30 nm左右,饱和磁化强度60.115 emu/g的高性能Mn_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Fe_(2)O_(4)软磁材料。 This article takes the four kinds of electroplate hazardous waste generated in the Jilin factory as the research object.Through pretreatment,digestion,BCR continuous extraction,XRD,SEM,TEM analysis and characterization of four(1#,2#,3#,4#)sludge samples,it is determined that the target metals are all Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn,Co.The four kinds of sludge are mixed evenly according to the mass ratio and then biologically leached.The optimal leaching conditions under non-contact biological leaching were determined as follows:initial pH=1.0,solid-liquid ratio 10%,rotating speed 120 r/min,under these conditions Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn can all 100%leaching.Using ammonia water as the precipitant,and using the hydrothermal method to prepare the metal ions in the leaching liquid into a cubic shape,spherical shape,uniform particle size,about 10~30 nm in size,and saturation magnetization high-performance Mn_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Fe_(2)O_(4)soft magnetic material with strength of 60.115 emu/g.
