摘要
通过水热法合成了一种金属-有机骨架(MIL-100)材料,并以此为自牺牲模板制备Fe、N共掺杂的碳材料(Fe-N-PC)。采用乙二醇还原法将贵金属Pt还原到Fe-N-PC上,得到Pt/Fe-N-PC催化剂,探究其甲醇电催化氧化(MOR)活性、稳定性以及抗CO中毒能力。结果表明,Pt/Fe-N-PC-700在酸性介质中经过CV测试,其MOR质量比活性为844 mA/mg_(Pt),是商业Pt/C催化剂(246 mA/mg_(Pt))的3.43倍,并且经过500圈CV测试,性能仅降低15.56%。
Successfully synthesized a Fe and N co-doped carbon material(Fe-N-PC)prepared with a metal-organic framework(MIL-100)as a self-sacrificial template.It was found that the introduction of N can effectively increase the degree of graphitization of carbon materials,and promote the dispersion and anchor of Pt NPs,which is conducive to obtain Pt NPs with smaller size and more uniform distribution,improved the MOR activity,stability,and CO tolerance.For MOR,the mass activity of Pt/Fe-N-PC-700 in acidic medium is 844 mA/mg_(Pt),which is 3.43 times that of the commercial Pt/C catalyst(246 mA/mg_(Pt)),and the performance after 500 cycles of CV test is only decrease by 15.56%.
