摘要
在室温与加热条件下,采用有机酸浸出失活脱硝催化剂粉体中的钒,考察浸出剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间、液固比对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,室温和加热条件下,草酸对钒的浸出率均大于醋酸;在草酸浓度为0.6 mol/L,反应温度120℃,反应时间90 min和液固比13∶1 mL/g时,钒的浸出率为73.7%。有机酸浸出未改变失活脱硝催化剂载体TiO_(2)的晶型结构,并且比表面积有所增加,浸出渣仍可作为制备脱硝催化剂的原材料使用。
The leaching rate of vanadium from deactivated DeNO x catalyst powder was studied by organic acid at room temperature and heating.The effects of leaching conditions(leaching agent concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and liquid-solid ratio)on the leaching rate of vanadium.The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium by oxalic acid is greater than that by acetic acid at room temperature and heating conditions;when the concentration of oxalic acid was 0.6 mol/L,the reaction temperature was 120℃,the reaction time was 90 min and the liquid-solid ratio was 13∶1 mL/g,the leaching rate of vanadium was 73.7%.Organic acid leaching does not change the crystal structure of TiO_(2),the carrier of inactivated DeNO_(x) catalyst,and the specific surface area increases.The leaching residue can still be used as the raw material for the preparation of DeNO_(x) catalyst.
