摘要
为开发自交联型木器漆乳液,通过RAFT聚合将SR-10和丙烯酸酯类单体共聚制备高分子乳化剂(PSR),并对其红外结构表征,以及分子量和乳化剂性能分析。探讨SR-10用量、S,S’-双(α,α′-二甲基-α″-乙酸)-三硫代碳酸酯(BDATT)用量、交联单体等对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,高分子乳化剂具有较好的乳化性能。RAFT试剂用量为1%,DAAM用量为2.45%,BDATT用量为1.25%时,通过对乳液的玻璃化转变温度和乳液的分布形貌表明乳胶粒子具备核壳结构,分散均匀。通过和进口样的对比,表明该乳胶膜具有较好的附着力和耐水性等,具有良好的前景。
In order to develop self-crosslinking wood paint emulsion,SR-10 and acrylate monomers were copolymerized to prepare high analytical emulsifier(PSR)by RAFT polymerization,and its infrared structure was characterized,as well as molecular weight and emulsifier performance analysis.Discuss the effect of SR1-0 dosage,S,S’-bis(α,α′-dimethyl-α″-acetic acid)-trithiocarbonate(BDATT)dosage,and crosslinking monomer on the performance of the emulsion.The results show that the polymer emulsifier has better emulsifying properties.When the amount of RAFT reagent is 1%,the amount of DAAM is 2.45%,and the amount of BDATT is 1.25%,the latex particles have a uniformly dispersed core-shell structure,proved with the glass transition temperature and particle dispersion analysis.The comparison with imported samples shows that the latex film has good adhesion and water resistance,implying application prospects.
